This year again Zemburg has received the 2023 environmental certification from Interzero, a European company specializing in circular economy solutions and sustainable materials recycling.
According to the certification, based on scientific methodology developed by the Fraunhofer UMSICHT research institute, material recycling activities have generated two environmental benefits: saving 2,726 kilograms of primary resources and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 270 kilograms.
These results, calculated using 2022 data, demonstrate Zemburg's commitment to the German market, where the company operates following environmental sustainability standards. The Interzero certification is an internationally recognized tool for measuring and validating the environmental impact of industrial recycling activities.
