Who we are
The history of Zemburg
"Not the one who begins, but the one who perseveres"
Leonardo Da Vinci

First generation
From Craftsmen to Industry
In 1957, with just two employees and simple machinery, Romeo Bortoletto laid the foundations for the creation of his future company: Zemburg.
In May 1964 Romeo's sad passing left Santina, his wife, having to find the strength to manage her husband's business and family.
His determination has allowed Zemburg to improve year after year, turning it into an industry.
In the 1970s the company expanded, moving to a larger warehouse in Crocetta del Montello (where the current headquarter is located).

Second generation
Katia and Romeo
Katia and Romeo, Santina's children and current company managers, began adding new processes to the production process in the 1990s, such as tempering, screen printing and bonding.
In doing so, Zemburg became an international company, opening the doors to the German and Swiss markets.
In August 2000 Santina passed away but, despite this, Katia and Romeo continued to grow the company.
Since 2009, in the presence of an increasingly competitive and globalized economic context, Katia and Romeo began to rethink Zemburg, improving its speed, flexibility and reliability, thanks to cutting-edge machinery and the commitment of all collaborators.

Third generation
Projected towards the future
To this day, Katia and Romeo not only continue to lead Zemburg , but also introduced Giorgio and Vittoria, the third generation, to the idea that Zemburg is a never-ending journey of adaptation, innovation and commitment.
This vision aims at an ambitious goal: the constant improvement of human well-being.
