Last week, we embarked on a business trip through Switzerland and Germany.
In just a few days, we covered over 2000 km by car, a mode of transport chosen for its flexibility and to personally distribute our new corporate catalogs and glass samples.
With the delivery of our new catalogs, clients were able to learn about the innovations we have implemented in our company: the digital printer, the 5-axis CNC grinders, and the new tempering furnace, with all the important information regarding possible glass processing. Moreover, when we delivered the glass samples with digital prints featuring marble and vector effects, such as the linen effect or Sahara noir marble, everyone was thrilled by the great flexibility, graphic customizations, and batch one production allowed by the digital printer and the 5-axis grinders.
Beyond the appreciation for our work and our products, both classic and cutting-edge, what struck us the most was the esteem and consideration received from our customers. After decades of collaboration, our relationships are stronger and deeper than ever, based on mutual respect and trust. The warm welcome and extended visits made us reflect on the true purpose of Zemburg: it’s not just about increasing numbers, but about building lasting relationships that bring satisfaction to everyone who is part of our network.
In a world where everything changes rapidly, focusing only on numbers is no longer decisive: building solid, long-term relationships is the most valuable investment we can make, because in the end, Zemburg is not just a company, but a community that grows together with its partners and clients.
